These terms govern the use of BhooMeter and explain important limitations around land measurement, FSI calculations, valuations, subscriptions, and app usage.

1. App Purpose

BhooMeter is a digital land-measurement and land-services platform that may include GPS-based measurement, map-based measurement, manual measurement, tractor measurement, land valuation support, FSI support, land project management, and related workflows.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, BhooMeter is intended for informational, planning, workflow, and estimation purposes only.

2. GPS and Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

BhooMeter does not guarantee that land measurements, distance calculations, or mapped boundaries will be perfectly accurate in every field condition or on every device.

GPS signal quality and satellite availability
Device hardware and sensor quality
Compass, motion, and location service calibration
Internet connectivity and map data availability
Environmental conditions, terrain, trees, buildings, or interference
User walking path, speed, boundary selection, and measurement method

BhooMeter is not a certified land surveying tool and must not be treated as an official survey, cadastral record, or government-approved boundary record.

3. FSI and Valuation Disclaimer

FSI outputs, valuation outputs, and similar calculations in BhooMeter are estimates generated from available configuration data, rules, assumptions, and user-provided inputs.

FSI results may depend on user inputs, selected plot details, applicable locality rules, planning assumptions, and configuration data available in the system.
Valuation results may depend on user inputs, market assumptions, configured rates, comparable logic, regional factors, and data completeness.
These outputs may change as product logic, regulatory inputs, area assumptions, or market conditions change over time.

FSI and valuation features should not be treated as legal advice, certified planning approval, official government guidance, or a licensed property appraisal.

4. Feature Status and Continuous Improvement

Some features may evolve over time as BhooMeter improves product logic, configuration coverage, valuation methods, GPS handling, and user experience.

Users are responsible for independently reviewing important outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, registration, or business decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
Verify measurements, FSI results, and valuation outputs independently before making important decisions.
Provide accurate information where the app asks for inputs, plot data, or property details.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.

6. Location Usage

Location data is used to support land measurement and related in-app workflows. Certain measurement flows may continue an active, user-started tracking session while the app is briefly minimized or the device screen turns off, subject to device permissions and platform behavior.

7. Marketplace, Listings, and Third-Party Information

If BhooMeter provides listing, marketplace, or lead-related functionality, user-submitted property details and third-party content may not always be independently verified by BhooMeter.

Users should perform their own due diligence before relying on land, pricing, contact, or transaction-related information.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid plan, active subscription, or promotional trial. Free trial access, subscription benefits, and payment handling may vary based on the current product plan and payment provider.

Payment processing may be handled by authorized third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

9. Ads and Third-Party Services

Some versions of BhooMeter may display advertisements or use third-party SDKs for messaging, payments, mapping, or related services. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services beyond our legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhooMeter and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, legal, commercial, agricultural, or financial losses arising from reliance on measurement results, valuation outputs, FSI estimates, or user-supplied data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
